Standard Operating Procedure: Real Property Law Section 442-h

  1. There is no general requirement to provide photo identification prior to working with us. However, prior to entry to Foxx&Crowe Realty’s office, customers and clients may be required to present photo identification pursuant to the building’s policies or pursuant to applicable local government requirements. In addition, respective property owners and Foxx&Crowe Realty may require photo identification prior to a showing, and we will disclose this information to buyers in advance of such showing.
  2. NOT REQUIRED: An exclusive buyer representation agreement.
  3. A pre-approval for a mortgage loan is not required for customers and clients.  However, individual property owners may require one on a case by case basis, if so, we will disclose this to buyers for any properties buyers are interested in viewing.
